Please make every effort to attend all meetings. We do have an attendance policy in our by-laws. If you have a conflict, please notify Mrs. DeNucci in advance. Note that conflicts impacting your ability to regularly attend meetings or planning sessions may impact your ability to participate in certain Beta activities. Speak to Mrs. DeNucci in advance of committing to another activity.
Please report to Mrs. DeNucci's room at 3:30.
Parents should pick up outside of the media center and have their car tag available (and car tags of anyone else they are transporting). Please watch this website frequently for updates. Please make every effort to be on time for pick up. Students will be sent to ASP if a sponsor is not able to stay late until a parent arrives.
Club Meetings will typically be on designated Tuesdays and will be held in Mrs. DeNucci's and Mrs. Pace's rooms . Meetings will end at 4:45 unless otherwise communicated. Additional meetings may be scheduled, and meetings are subject to change if the sponsors have an unavoidable conflict.
